Quality improvement is about making health care safe, accessible, patient- centered, timely, efficient and equitable in the local community. iphAE works in collaboration with local authorities,  health facilities and local communities to improve quality of care for the population in need. 

Access to Health

​iphAE is poised to support local communities in need to enhance access to quality health care through collaborative engagements and support processes.
This is for the local community to be able to access health care when needed, improve availability and improve facilities.

Capacity Building

The process of developing and strengthening the skills, interest, abilities, and processes that communities need to survive, adapt and thrive in the fast changing word. 
Among the key the components of iphAE intervention is strengthening of health systems in resource poor settings.
iphAE aims at ensuring that the capacity of the health sector in low and middle income countries (LMICs) are enhanced to prevent, intervene and mitigate emerging 
diseases, endemic conditions and epidemics while sustaining robust health systems.

About Us

We are a team of specialized health professionals who work to contribute in improving health systems, access to quality care, strengthen capacity of the health sector for efficiency and effectiveness, and improved quality of life for the population in need in LMICs.
We work with donors, government institutions, development partners and key stakeholders in local communities to implement skills development, systems strengthening and economic empowerment programs in communities.
